The vast majority of health care in the USA is paid for by third parties.  Mr. Kaser has represented and advised clients in private Medicare and Medicaid claim appeals, post-payment audits and cost report audits and appeals.  He has protected clients' interests in contests between primary and secondary payers, and in patient/payer disputes.  He has pursued assigned claims through the public and private payment systems.
