On April 28, 2008, Brian Kaser will present an educational session on nursing home resident contracts to  the 40th annual meeting of the Michigan Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.  The program will highlight economic, program and regulatory gaps and traps in commonly-used form admission agreements and will emphasize the ways in which an organization’s mission should affect its relationship with its residents. Selected materials used in the session will be posted on this website.
